Thank you for shopping with Next Gen Racing. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are pre-made, with an exception of custom products.

  • Order processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

  • Processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods (product launches, restocks, sales, holidays), processing and fulfillment times can range from 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (United States): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

  • Next Gen Racing is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to address errors provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Next Gen Racing is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather-related delays or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
